Do you feel or know that a CHANGE has to take place but your postponing it?……..It costs a lot of energy not to go with the flow. Take for instance a Salmon (http://www.fishex.com/seafood/salmon/salmon-life-cycles.html). After swimming up stream to get back to their original breading grounds they lay their eggs and die within a week. However that is there purpose. We on the other hand have a CHOICE. We can decide to accept the change and grasp the opportunity how painful it seems. Grasping the opportunity means that we can manage the outcome of the change. However not doing anything means missing the opportunity to manage the outcome of the change to your benefit or to lessen the negative effects. Remember that NO decision is always a decision! Some changes are so painful or simply not wanted so we then put our heads in the sand and hope for that decision to go away. The bible teaches us to be still and know that God is God!This gives me direction when my decisions are based on feelings. Feelings are constantly subject to change. I can be in an extremely good mood or bad mood. In both cases I have learned to wait and not take any decisions at that moment….
