Nominated for the Liebster award

A special thanks to my blogger-friend Carl for nominating me for the Liebster award. I was nominated three weeks ago and I was very happy but I also realized that planning would be an issue. Since I was discharged from the labor force in 2010 you might say I have more time but I have less energy with PLS (see further in this post for the explantion) so I can do less on a good (My energy level seems then better) day. The word Liebster is a German word meaning “valued, enduring, welcome, dearest, kind, and pleasant”.  It is an internet award, passed from one blogger to another to show support, and encourage those who follow your blog, to check out your nominees. (Who knows, you might just end up following these blogs as well)

Before I introduce the rules, and my nominees, please check out Carls blog, my new blogger friend who nominated me at “The old fellow goes running“.  Thank you again Carl.  I am so honored that you thought of me to receive this award.

About lucinda408

An experienced Information and communication professional and mother of 3 girls. I am a Christian who believes in God being the Holy Trinity. God the father, son and the Holy ghost! I got ill in 2009 with a disease called PLS . The process you go through when diagnosed with a medically incurable disease is not to be taken lightly and shared as much as you can for that reason I started writing. A wonderful result is that because I am writing about my feelings and experiences it is an emotional therapy for me!

  1. Wow, Lucinda, this is really incredible. Have always wondered about your PLS, didn’t want to ask questions, and knew it would come up down the road.
